Welcome to Camboas Beach Project with private kite lagoons in the northeast of Brazil, at Camboas Beach (Praia do Camboas or Praia do Capim Acu). Camboas is located between Lagoinha and Paracuru, about 1 hour drive from Cumbuco, or 1.5 hours from the airport in Fortaleza. The wind blows almost daily between August and January, and in the off-season about 60% of the time. All houses will be sold with its own property, creating more and more value due to increasing property prices along the coast. The area will be diveded in properties, and will not be like a resort, therefore only minimal monthly fees for security and street lightning will be charged to every owner.

Beachfront land for sale starting at 15 reais per m2, 4 to 25, 9 Hectares. Also for sale many smaller lots, starting at 500 m2. The Camboas Beach Resort project has 3 stages: stage 1: 10 private houses and a kite lagoon of 220x260m, stage 2: commercial area with shops, supermarkets, restaurants stage 3: Apartments and more houses. There are possibilities here to buy an offplan house whose construction has already started, a commercial lot to put up a shop or restaurant , a building lot where one can built one´s own house or a lot designed for a pousada/kiteschool. Stage 1 has started end 2008.

Prices will increase from phase to phase, since also the value of the properties keep rising. Mineral water gives this area drinking quality tab water. Above this project there will be a Spanish project with 340 houses.
