  You want to live a little further north for reasons of weather? You can find tropical locations in Brazil... but of... easier in Uruguay and once you are a resident of Uruguay travel to Brazil (and other Mercosur countries is a breeze)....

  I can't speak for Brazil... but in Uruguay... medical coverage (the most expensive you can get) runs about... (the most expensive you can get) runs about US$100/month. Though other plans can be found for about US$50/month....
